By using this website, you accept the terms below.
2. General information & accuracy (E&OE)
Content on this website — including product descriptions, fitment information, specifications, images, and pricing — is provided for general information purposes and is believed correct at the time of publication. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE). Motorradical reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed, and will not be liable for any loss arising from such an error.
3. Products, fitment & compatibility
Motorradical products — including crash bars, bash plates, headlights, panniers, top boxes, and related equipment — are engineered for specific motorcycle makes, models, and model years, as stated on each product page. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a product is compatible with their specific bike, including model year and any OEM components required for correct fitment (for example, some crash bar sets require an existing OEM lower crash bar), before purchasing and installing. Product images and descriptions are for guidance and are believed accurate at the time of publication; specifications may change without notice as products are updated.
4. Pricing & currency
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless a different currency is shown to you at checkout. Prices, discounts, and clearance (“End of Line”) pricing are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. End of Line stock is limited and, once sold out, will not be restocked.
5. International shipping, duties & taxes
Motorradical ships worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (custom or out-of-stock items may take longer; you will be notified). All international orders include tracking. Customers outside South Africa are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by their own country — these are not included in the product price or shipping cost quoted at checkout.
6. Installation, use & safety
Protective hardware such as crash bars and bash plates is designed to reduce, not eliminate, the risk of damage to a motorcycle in the event of a drop or impact, and its use does not guarantee prevention of injury, mechanical damage, or component failure. Adventure and off-road motorcycling carries inherent risk. Motorradical recommends that all products be installed by a competent motorcycle mechanic in accordance with the fitment information provided, and that riders operate within their own skill level and in accordance with local laws and road/trail conditions. Motorradical is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from incorrect installation, product misuse, or riding conditions beyond its control.
7. Route guides & ride content
Content published under “Route Guides” or as rider stories (for example, route write-ups covering Sani Pass or cross-border routes) is shared for inspiration and general information only. Conditions on off-road and remote routes — weather, road or trail state, and border or permit requirements — change frequently and are not verified by Motorradical at the time you read them. Always independently verify current conditions, carry appropriate safety and navigation equipment, and assess your own skill and your motorcycle’s condition before attempting any route referenced on this site.
8. Warranty
Motorradical products, including End of Line/clearance stock, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty applicable at the time of purchase. Except as set out in that warranty, Motorradical makes no other warranty, express or implied, including as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. For the specific warranty period, terms, and claims process, refer to the documentation provided with your order or contact sales@motorradical.com.
9. Dealer network & Ambassador Programme
Motorradical’s dealer tiers (Stockist, Authorised Dealer, Premium Dealer, and Flagship Partner) and its Ambassador Programme are each governed by separate agreements entered into directly with approved applicants. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a dealership or ambassador position, and the presence of programme details on this site does not guarantee acceptance into any tier or programme.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motorradical will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit or business interruption) arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or any product purchased through it. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer protection legislation or any mandatory consumer protection law of your own country.
11. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, product names, photography, and other content on this website are the property of Motorradical or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Content submitted by Ambassador Programme participants or customers may be used by Motorradical for marketing purposes, subject to the separate terms of that programme.

This website may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors, couriers, and social media platforms. Motorradical is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party service.
13. Returns & refunds

Motorradical is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA), regardless of where in the world you are ordering from.
